What is an Operating Performance Partner?
A partner that starts from a performance priority, embeds with your teams (Forward Deployed Engineer posture), takes part in delivery and measures effects. You entrust an outcome to produce, not a fixed brief.
Do you need an AI project to get started?
No. A performance priority, costs, capacity, partners, commerce or tools, is enough. Means are chosen after analysis.
Which levers do you activate?
Partner Performance, Operating Performance, Commerce Performance and AI & Software Enablement. These are not four separate offerings: they are domains mobilized according to the priority entrusted.
What access do you need?
We work with the access level required for the agreed scope, under confidentiality, security and governance terms set with leadership. No 'board + all data' access is required up front.
What results can you guarantee?
No gain level can be promised before diagnosis. The proposal sets scope, objectives and measurement rules.
How does gain-share work?
Fees can combine a scoping fixed fee, an execution base and a share tied to results when gains are objectively measurable. Rules are contractual; no universal rate is published.
Are you paid only on success?
No. A fixed-fee diagnosis and a fixed execution base remain due under the contract. A variable share can be added when measurement and attribution are robust.
Is time saved counted as a saving?
Not automatically. Freed time is first capacity. It becomes an economic gain when spend is actually avoided or additional activity generates a demonstrable contribution.
What is the difference between Partner Performance and /partenaires?
Partner Performance is a client offer to make your own partner network perform. The /partenaires page is for joining the TWM network (recruitment / collaborating with TWM).
Who validates the gains?
Designated client owners, with finance, based on the data and agreed rules. TWM documents the calculations.
Do we need to replace our tools?
Not necessarily. We favor process evolution and existing tools when relevant. Any new solution is assessed with its total cost.
Is Performance OS a software platform?
The name refers to TWM's steering and execution frame: a context and steering capability. It is not a standard software subscription.
Who keeps decision responsibility?
Your leadership and authorized owners. Ownership of steering, validation, operations and maintenance is specified in the engagement.
How long does an engagement last?
Duration depends on scope, data and validations. We propose a bounded first diagnosis, then execution and measurement milestones. No standard timeline is announced without qualification.
